Intro to Nose Work
This 6-week class introduces dogs and their humans to the sport and methodology of K9 Nose Work®. Dogs start by searching for their favorite food or toy reward hidden in a variety of environments, increasing the challenges and adding new search skills as the dog progresses.

Intro to Odor
This course introduces the odors used in K9 Nose Work. The course builds on all of the foundation exercises done in the Intro to K9NW class but with odor. Typically the first target odor (Birch) is used during the term of this course. The concept of pairing is introduced which serves to condition the dog to odor and to develop good sourcing through self-reward. The searches may also expand in difficulty, whether to other rooms, or outdoors.
